Nick Tyson

Project leader and Curator at the Regency Town House

Nick has been involved in The Regency Town House since its inception in 1984.

He has planned and implemented the renovation of the Town House, founded The Brunswick Town Charitable Trust (BTCT), worked to create an extensive digital archive about historic Brighton and formed Adaptive Technologies, the ICT firm owned by the BTCT.

Nick has taught multimedia at post-graduate level, headed a government-backed initiative to develop multimedia tools for use in museums and galleries and is currently involved in the European Community's MM4ALL project.

The Bevan Family Letters website is a micro-site of The Regency Town House website. The Town House is a grade 1 Listed terraced home of the mid-1820s being developed as a heritage centre and museum to focus on the architecture and social history of Brighton & Hove between the 1780s and 1840s.
